The Kingdom (2007)
Whenever an American citizen is killed abroad, it is the FBI who is in charge of any investigation. In a nutshell, this movie centers around the senseless and wholesale slaughter of employees of an American oil company, and their familes, in Saudia Arabia. The Saudi Government is hestiant to allow any more U.S. officals on their soil for fear of reprisals and security concerns. Nevertheless, the FBI manages to blackmail their way in and begin their investigation, all the while being escorted by Saudi military officials in charge of their safety. They have just five days to find the killers before they are escorted out of the country.
This movie is rather CSI, Miami Vice, and Black Hawk Down all rolled into one. If you have nothing better to watch, this movie will suffice.
