My Super Ex-Girlfriend (2006)

A mid-level architect meets a homely librarian-type only to discover that she's really the beautiful super-hero known as, "G-Girl." When she becomes insanely jealous over an innocent office relationship, G-Girl gets dumped and begins terrorizing her now ex-boyfriend. An evil villian, an ex-boyfriend himself, plots to nuetralize G-Girl's super powers but needs the architect's help in setting her up. After G-Girl steals the architect's car and puts it in orbit around Earth, embarasses him at work causing him to lose his job, and keeps dropping in unannounced -- through the ceiling, he agrees to help neutralize her powers.

An entertaining movie but not worth the $10 to see it in a theater (especially with a date who might be taking notes for future use).
